Wegener and Beadle locals, plus the person I spoke to said the imports are targeted to what they need to fit around the locals. In the past they have targeted imports just for the sake of it. I think Cutting and the very committee seam to doing good job on recruiting and I hope they have some success. The biggest problem for Wallaroo is no Senior colts this year, I think the the league need to look at the colts set up in the Y.P as a lot clubs seam to be struggling for kids, while a few of top teams keep getting stronger with players coming from other Teams to there teams leaving not enough kids for some teams.

Cutto has been very selective with the imports he's targeted, he's a smart enough guy to know what fits his needs and not just spend for the sake of spending. All of them will have a good impact in the YPFL, and Brading and Jordan have stayed as well.

Wally World have the grand final this year and it’s clear they are having a crack but at what cost?
Cutting and Jordan will be 36 and Russel,Brading,Allocca and Jamar would be close to 30 or even older.
They will not have Senior colts this year which is unbelievable given that Wallaroo is the fastest growing town on YP.
Future looks bleak

If they are coming or going to those leagues that hide their clearances then they wont be there. eg SGFL, NAFA, SANFL

PS. someone put their yorkes' club next to them

Sgfl doesn't hide clearances just have to go through a team by team basis

NAFA and YPFL do and its very annoying

Rd 1

CMS Crows v Moonta = Moonta
Moonta look to have a settled side with many premiership players going round again. Crows have got some new names in the team I know little about so on that I’m going with Moonta who I think will win it again this year. Moonta by 20pts

Kadina v Ardrossan =Ardrossan
Kadina have lost everyone and their side is full of locals with no big star recruits and are in for a loooong year. Ardrossan have added a few more to the side from last year that played finals and would be confident of going higher this year. Ardrossan by 50pts

CY Cougars v Bute = Bute
Cougars are another team that has had amass exodus and will struggle like Kadina all year. Bute still look the same as last year with lots kids but no real big names or match winners. Bute by 25pts

Southern Eagles v Wallaroo
Wallaroo have the GF this year and gone all out for the flag and bought in some big names and some locals have come home so I except to to improve but not be a real contender as they do this regularly. Eagles look primed this year for a real shot a the title. Eagles by 25pts

Good luck to all football and netball club tomorrow

Rd 2

Ardrossan v Southern Eagles = Eagles
Both winners last week and both teams I think will play finals. Both teams have good midfields and forwards but I’m with the Eagles tomorrow.
Eagles by 18pts

Bute v Kadina = Bute
Bute had a rare win and would be up and about and Kadina pushed Ardrossan all day. Big plugger working with a development side with heaps of kids and just about all locals and will take this year to find out who’s an A grader and who’s not then bring in the guns and good locals back next year. Bute also have some good young talent and are a lock to get 2 wins in a row.
Bute by 18pts

Moonta v Paskeville = Moonta
Moonta looking strong this week with M Appleton back home from Port Adelaide. Paskeville have some new faces which I know little about but heard they beat a good Broughton outfit in a trial last Saturday. Moonta has the best home ground advantage so going with them in a close game.
Moonta by 6pts

Wallaroo v Maitland = Wallaroo
Wallaroo got close last week and will be pumped to get back home and hammer a ordinary Maitland side, they have a good midfield unit which will feed the forwards all day. Cutto to get 8. Cougars are starting from scratch again and will take time to find their feet.
Wallaroo by 50pts

Good luck and all the best

Why do all these imports think they are better than anyone else??? There are some very good local players who don't get the recognition they deserve .
