Well done to Josh, a terrific young player and a great bloke. Does he still have the mullet?

Yes and its better than ever :D

Must be down to his bum by now. If he had a bit more skill with ball in hand, he would be a very good league footballer.

That's awsome, well done Josh Hand, can play and good on him for winning the medal.

Does anyone know if he'll consider having another crack at playing SANFL footy? Would love to see back at the Maggies! I've watched him play a handful of times and loved the way he went about his football. I remember a mate of mine refering to him as an 80's style Port Adelaide midfielder, certainly wouldn't of been out of place in that era of footy. Not the most flashy or silky skilled footballer but is as tough as nails, works really hard and get's the job done without a fuss from what I've seen of him and his magnificent mullet makes him stick out like dogs balls! Which I'm sure would of helped him jag a fair few votes.

Interviewed him after he won and if you watch the interview tomorrow when its online you can draw your own conclusions but id suggest he will at very least be doing his pre season with a league club. Very nice kid and im happy that he won :D . I cant believe he doesnt drink  , i didnt think that was an option for a footy player but obviously he has great discipline.

Cheers WW I'll check it out. Good news if he has another crack. I was told he might go to Glenelg, they wanted him to play reserves there this season but didn't end up going out.

Be good if a League club can spend some time with him & work on his skills which by the sounds of it is a bit of a weakness, still a young man theirs still time for him to make it at League level if a clubs prepared to take him on, he obviously doesn't lack courage & hardness which is a good thing. I'm surprised Port gave up on him so easy.
