D1: Scott Lycett - Port District
D2: Mitch Grigg - Athelstone
D3: Kurtis Phillips - Westminster
D4: Alek Kudra - Walkerville
D5: Harrison Stanborough - Marion
D6: Aidan Wills-Dwiar - St Pauls
D7: Luke Allan - Hackham

As Beef said, be happy to land in the Top 5-10, and if one of these comes off I'll be telling people I'm a genius.

Brayden Fielder should poll well in d6. Genuine gun. Imo the best defender in the comp and most versatile too

Defenders don't get enough love.. definitely think he's in the top few defenders in the comp.. probably have a couple ahead.

The game he played against us at our ground, I thought he was massive, and honestly kept OSB in the game early when we were pressing hard.

Missing last couple games through injury will cost me. 8)

I think Todd Shephard from Golden Grove is the best player I've seen in C6 this year, but wouldn't be upset if Dashiell Ravlich won it given he kicked over 100 goals.

Actually Ravlich and GG should be thanking us - we played the whole second half with 14 blokes (including a couple injured) just to give him a chance of cracking the ton... Ravlich didn't play Rd 17 and Para Hills forfeited last game, so if it wasn't for us pushing on he wouldn't have got it.

What did we get out of it? Nothing, just everyone laughing at us losing by 270pts. :( .. well not true, we have integrity, and showed resilience - would've been easy to quit.

Agreed mate. Really talented kid, the more impressive thing is this was his first year being a defender. Just as good forward.
