Adelaide has bolstered its SANFL list by announcing the signing of four new players ahead of the 2026 season.

The new faces are former South Adelaide Best and Fairest winner Joseph Haines, Adelaide’s General Manager of Football Operations and Compliance, Tom Hurley described Haines as a player who would bring experience, leadership, and defensive footy smarts.

“Joey has played 137 SANFL league games for the Panthers, is a two-time SANFL State representative and a four-time Team of the Year representative,” Hurley said.

“Success has followed him more recently, having become a back-to-back Division 1 premiership player in the Adelaide Footy League.”
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.
