Under 15 coach needed

The Gepps Cross Junior Football Club at Northfield requires a coach for the 2008 Under 15's.
The coach should be able to communicate effectively with teenage boys and be able to develop their fitness, skills and tactics.
The squad includes some SANFL squad players and several skilfull, committed indiginous players.
The coach should be positive and be able to improve the boys confidence and self esteem.
