So most people think that Brighton will fall down the ladder when they have recruited and finally got a taller ruckman?

It's only a bit of a guess KD Brighton are a good unit no doubts about that. I think what Brighton fail to realise at times is they are not the only team who recruit.

Other clubs have recruited well and while Brighton had a great season last year, they were a young side and it will be interesting to see if they can back it up

Brighton dont actively recruit, I dont think they have the $$ to throw around (contrary to everyones belief). 90% of the current team is/was a junior from the area. Brookman is back from an os trip, and I hear they have a 2 ex Edwardstown players.

Anyhow each to there own, I think we are in for a good season.

Yeah mate i think other clubs that we have named in the top four and not the Emus have tossed a fair bit of cash around but i think that Brighton and Morphies have shown that giving your kids a go pays of big time

Yeah definately I've seen alot of those guys for a long time develop into descent A graders. Brighton have done really well.

The $ wasn't my point at all I was just responding to your quote about moving up the ladder. As it satnds its pretty obvious that all sides want/need recruits and and I think that some people are to One eyed or either don't respect some of the other clubs to appreciate what they are doing. Should be an interesting year for all.
