that seems a little harsh... why do you say that?!? when i think about it, it seems pretty logical... what's your opinion on the matter?!?

i reckon the top couple of div 1 res sides would take out the div 4 flag but woulod struggle in div 3. when looking at the sides, look at how many b grade players could fit into the a grade side in div 1. if there's a good number of them, as there usually is in the top couple of sides, it shows they'd be competitive in div 3. as i doubt there would be many div 3 players that would be certainties in good div 1 sides. obviously the top couple of players in div 3 would prove the difference, but not many more.
it would make an interesting practice match anyway. love to see a game between sides of the 2 grades.
