Adelaide Footy League Talk

I totally agree Stan, we have talked about those types and they just simply will not be welcome at our club! No matter how good they are.
We just dont tolerate dirty play at EFC, we had no suspensions in the A's and B's at all in 2005, which we are very proud of.

Dunc's, I played against your boys a few years back and was expecting the "need the eyes in the back of the head" type encounter when in fact it turned out to be nothing of the sort ... I developed a lot of respect for your club after that season so I hope you go alright in 06!

We are very confident playing in D5, although its a bit quiet on the track compared to this time last year! A suspect a few premiership hangovers??

Thanks permie. How did u play 4?
I think its up 2 the club 2 disipline dirty play moreso than the tribunal.
Any one does anything to disgrace our club, we just simply drop em before they even get 2 the tribunal!
Its working so we are sticking with it.

Was playing for Lockleys at the time mate, and rolling around in the B's like the old lazy bastard I am ... Thats an exceptional approach your club is taking and I think others could do well to follow your lead ... As it is in all aspects of life, integrity is of utmost importance, it's hard to be respected or taken seriously without it and your club appears to have done a fantastic job in upholding its own!

Apparently this thread is about actual players, Chris Kluzek staying at SMOSH Mattt Kluzek going to SCOTCH which of course would be for no money at all (a coaching role) Hamish Tamblyn has left St Peters as well as George Vercoe (too many sniffer dogs). Gone from Broadview Mark Jones (south east) Guy Ridgeway (actually retired not chasing country bucks) Safalidis has left Goodwood along with Malcolm Pohlner. Who is coaching SMOSH Sorby Forby Dorby or Corby we are all confused. Where did TTG coach go? Who is the coach now Brenton Bell? Acording to an ex SHOC coach with his finger on the TRIGGER when will current coach Kym Koster play? Knee? Reconstruction? How long will SHOC continue to play uncleared players. No rules at SHOC. (and for that matter Mitcham). How can a club that doesnt pay anyone be over the salary cap SPOC. I would of thought blokes from StPeters would have been Doctors or at least Lawyers not accountants.

Assume you are being sarcastic on this one barbs.
As good as a player he was and still is, it's beyond my comprehension as to why you'd give someone a per week payment that would give his weekly salary as a cop a good nudge. What is he,35 or 36 this year?

Saw him play last year as a 35 36 year old at this level he can still cut it easy. If a bloke has played AFL SANFL they still cruise at SAAFL as long as they keep their fitness in check. Hence the problem with Shane Tongerie.

Rumour in Saint land is that Safralidis has left cause during GF celebrations a certain team mate (who has also left the club) tried some funny business on him, blames the drink etc etc. Those Goodies will try anything at least once, especially Mars Bars (they love the chocolate)!. Also whats up at PHOS? Heard stanford is staying overseas and is in the running for a spot in the Big Brother house in Sweden. Also was informed that coach Tony Francis will play as will a couple of very high profile players (one was recently linked with a move between SANFL clubs but has since fell through) thought to be offerred around $500 a week plus the use of car and the use of a 'holiday house' on Gold Coast. Also head Unley will sack coach in coming weeks as he and committee dont see eye to eye

Koster getting a clearance shouldnt be an issue really. He should be ready to play round one.

So mr dinglinga, you are denying that a certain dealership down the bay way has offered phos some decent coin and the use of a couple of vehicles for the 06 season? interesting!!

yes i am denying that a dealership down glenelg way isnt offering cash or vehicles for players. The only dealership invovled with PHOS is city mazda where an ex phos player works .

time will tell buddy? the ink has dried on the deal!!!! garth wright works at city mazda, doesnt he? Word around the water cooler is TTG coach Baker has gone to Bagdad (or some foriegn country) and Mark Brant will be appointed coach in the coming weeks, taking a strong core of seaton players with him. All not going well behind the scenes for the ramblers, players not respecting puecker!
