Plus, if you went down on the eastern side, the trainers wouldn't see you for a week.............

the knee was done at Park 10 in the forward 50 (bowling green), the broken leg was at Thebarton Oval (Half Forward, another bowling green), so it doesn't support your theory Jimmy

The Fitzroy 'dome' is notorious for hamstrings in my experience and based on last years visit ankles as well

City of Charles Sturt were in charge- end of story...

It is an opinion that the oval will never have major works carried out to the surface, due to to the old Adelaide City Baths being buried there, & therefore they cannot remove anything.
My uninformed opinion suggests they could build up the outer areas of the Oval, but unless the Sportsground falls into the City of Enfield, I cannot see them (CoCS) being interested in doing anything but the bare minimum....

Is that true? Even at my age, I didn't know the City Baths were there

Are they Heritage Listed then?

The Punk Rooster dominated yesterdays C Grade game - dangerous player that should be marked by your best backman.

One handed marks
Huge 70 goal
Blistering pace
Was patrolling from FF to the wing as the linkman

We had to put the President on him for the last quarter and a 1/2 to quieten him down. Sic thanked him for the honour of standing him after the game. No greater accolade has been handed out before by the Prez

I also know how he gets his nickname now................

Nick Brooks - 37 - I think

I had official duties on the scoreboard for the match, and combined with my efforts to get an embarassing photo of Punky, I didn't take much notice of individuals

Apparently a head count in the Adel Luth v Jets game on Saturday in 2nd quarter saw the Jets lose 5 goals and go back to 0.0
I heard the Jets coach is the club secretary too - Might wanna check the books!!

Lucky. Our Triple Header v Plympton means we kick off at around 10am!

We are the magoos for the magoos.

I just hope that I can get the sleep out of my eyes first.
