Assumptions ?

Fact - Pulteney's C grade were disqualified from the playing in finals last year due to cheating.

Im not whinging and moaning, just happy that justice was done.

Only assumption i made was about the type of bloke you are and, unfortunately for you, the evidence is stacking up...

That benefited your club!!! An administrative error is what cooked us last season as you were rightly told you should have done something about the alleged cheating when it occurred rather than wait until the penultimate round of the season after your club was beaten with players who had played in that grade all season (and questionable umpiring from both sides). I was the only one from that team last year to play regular B grade then back it up for the C's at a different ground.

I think it is time we moved on from the past and concentrate on this season fellas. I applaud the current C grade Coaching Staff of the Pulteney FC for getting off their butts and getting blokes out at the club to play footy. The mateship that these boys showed throughout the year was not unnoticed by those playing A grade and I suspect that the performances of the C grade last year was the catalyst for what has happened around the club for this season.

Of course it benefited our club - we didnt cheat, or break the rules. Once again, your point about you being the only one play 2 grades in a day proves my point even more.

Nothing you can say Heater, or the other clown, can justify to me that you guys didnt deserve what you got last year. I think LM mentioned it before - you fill your A grade, then your B grade (full lists of 21), then you fill your C's/other sides. Pretty simple. You guys turned up with the bare minimum B graders against us the second time around, but had a full C grade plus more. Maybe i see it differentely as im heavily involved with all our 3 grades, but thats my view. I we had of done the same as you, you blokes would have missed the finals regardless as we would have beaten you. It didn't enter my/our thoughts though. We weren't the only club to complain about things either by the way.

I suspect the catalyst for your A grade this year is the addition of Perrie and Bassett, and has absolutely f#$@ all to do with your C's. That's just a guess though...

Fair point too LM, i just took offence to the whinger tag, especially from those blokes !!!

Yes! watch their umpire they only won agaist us because their umpire claimed he didnt hear the siren and said he saw a too high tackle when one of our players said to him the siren went stop play, he pinged him for chatting the umpire and gave wingfield guy 50m shot from goal but then our player said you cant do that siren has gone, he gave the wingfield player 25m shot from goal! So Wingfild got up by 3 points???

TTG very poor yesterday against Wingfield but still won by 11 goals. Wingfield umpire is an absolute cheat. Wingfield also had 19 players on the field for the majority of the 2nd quarter and nothing was done about it. TTG are putting in an official complaint about there umpire.

Mate, the worst umpire I have met so far this year is certainly the Paralowie umpire. That guy is hopeless. Consistant in his lack of decisions for both sides but bloody hopeless!

I played against them, they were alright (nothing special), the only reason why it was not a 10 goal win to golden grove was we fell asleep in the 3rd quarter....we havent won a 3rd quarter all year.

paralowies umpire is just bad. He even calls bad calls against paralowie. Thats what I meant by consistantly bad. Its really frustrating to play a game when the umpire cant ump.

That is a lame comment, if you're going to do a job, do it properly or the club should do some canvassing to get a replacement. You don't want your club tarnished on something that is avoidable.
