It's laughable hearing blokes on much money in RFL Indys, soon as I heard it I knew it was garbage. Think you may find Bradman knows alot about Horsell 8)

So they should be, a club of their size and profile should not be in div 5 let alone for 3 years....

interesting reading over the last few weeks. new to this forum but must say that we at plympton are a very proud club but unfortunately we were in a bad financial postion at the end of season 2004 and nearly folded but true to our character we fought back after losing all games in 2005 relegated to Div5 stabalizing only to fall short 2 years running in the prelims, with those juniors that we promoted we now are in a position to again be a respected club. All this has happened on zero yes zero match payments and the players coming back to play are plympton boys. Clubs go thru successful & low times hopefully we are on the up cycle

B&R I agree with that post. My statement truly reflects on what I beleive Plympton to be which is a very big club and I am sure the traditionalists there would be dis-heartened to see the club in D5,I personally beleive you should never be lower than D3. One things 4 sure you have towelled us up in the A's on most occasions. I beleive this year is your year to make a move up the SAAFL ladder if things fall into place. As our juniors come through over the next 5 years im pretty confident we will be in the same boat....Time will tell though....

I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.
