Leave the poor bastard alone. He will be coaching on Saturday and is contracted for 2019.

It is very generous of the League to charge $15 to get into the game and it’s also very generous of them to make the Clubs pay for the umpires.
That’s correct, Clubs have to pay for the umpires cause the League obviously can’t afford it in Grand Finals

FFS, the clubs agreed regarding payment of the umps.

Take it up with your delegate.

How about being thankful and celebrate the fact that you're managed to build your club back up so well that you've got every team in a Grand Final, instead of bitching about the price to go and see them potentially win a flag

And both Wundkes in. Very tall forward line.

Gepps look very settled, unchanged from 2nd Semi from what I can see and with some good players (Bray, Matthews, Tanner etc) running around in the twos. If the midfield pressure plus Rawlings and Benz can do enough to get the ball to ground and away from McMahon and Wundke x2, Gepps will have enough footy to win. Manning has a massive job on Clark-Rantasa, kicked six two weeks ago and doesn't need a whole lot of opportunities given his kicking is so good. Asfaha a big out on the deck, smaller oval might not be so noticeable but with all the space Alberton provides I reckon they'll miss his run and carry in a greater capacity than they would if it was at Webb Oval. Some good contests in the centre square too, Bennett, Ward, Read v Schmidt, Mason, Childs.

Not expecting a big margin either way but I'm leaning towards Gepps 1-12.

The league asks you to pay entrance for 1-2 matches per year and your club is in the GF! Unbelievable.

Having seen both teams against us this year, Glenunga were far more impressive. That round 9 win was spectacular.

Glenunga by 5 goals

Not at all.

Gepps need to be proud of the fact that they've stuggled all these years and have pretty much rebuilt from the ground up, to have 4/5 strong teams.

Sure, that may not have translated into silverware this year but the whole club should be proud of what they've achieved.

Agreed, to win 1 flag is impressive but to go up a grade and win another flag is HUGE..

Pretty impressive for Mitcham to win the Div4R flag especially with 3 of the 4 wins being 5, 2 and the GF 6points with the last kick of the game. Shows what belief can do to a side and with abut of luck anything can happen!!! Well done to Tills and the Mitcham Fc. A few of those lads hadn’t won a premiership in 20 years of senior footy!!!

Was a great finish, Gepps were doing all the attacking in the last 3-4 minutes, but could only scramble a couple of points together from their repeated inside 50s. Look like there was only going to be one winner in normal time when the scores were tied, but credit to Mitcham who found one quality passage of ball movement from end-to end (with both teams committing numbers to the Gepps forward line they had plenty of space to work with), found some overlap and won it at the death. Great to watch from a neutral standpoint.

Congrats to Glenunga, can never argue when the minor premier wins the flag. Their best footy was clearly the best of any of the ten teams that went around, massive achievement to win back-to-back flags. Kudos to Gepps too, great effort to make three GFs and they have the depth, youth and resources to be competitive in D3 next year as well.

Glenunga far too good for us on the weekend. To do it without Asfaha, McMahon (for most of the day) and no influence from the Wundke’s is a remarkable achievement. They will do well in Div 3 if they keep the majority of their squad.

Our Bs were poor all day but managed to get back into a position to almost pinch it. Well done Mitcham.

Our Cs tried but were simply beaten by a far better Salisbury side over the day.

18s also lost.

While it was a poor weekend for the club, it has been a great year and hopefully we can add a couple of decent recruits so we can have a real crack at Div 3.

They will retain majority of their squad. Few to come back in as well, I believe Kym Edwards will be back, Schmidt and they will probably lose Ward from all reports but maybe a bit of love after a BOG might be enough to keep him around. Few points to play with next year as well, watch out Div 3..
