Pooraka showed up with 13 players

Is this like Pembroke when it is an away game and your playing the top side? Cant understand it some times when you can have a good game against the early div leaders then fofeit a couple weeks later.

Know everything about all clubs I see there Hutchy? dont let the fact our club has about 20 blokes sitting on the sidelines watching get in the way of a good story.

No Jesper Fielsted if you read the comment correctly it was writtten as a question. We have more than a dozen on the sidelines with injury so i can sympathise with that but wont step back form any comment. Besides Hutchy is a wanchor and i would rather emmulate Barrett. You guys forfeited a couple times last year also? Consistent to some of the higher sides on the ladder when they occured?

Good game by my lads on the weekend. We came out strong to kick 5 unanswered until the last coplemins where we ended up being up by 4 at the 1st. It was a good game all the way through. The umpires were not that flash AGAIN. The 3rd saw the Lutheran ump bring their blokes back into the game with some very sketchy calls. It got to the point where players and officials had a discussion at 3/4 time at even at the end. Not good to see but it needed to be done. Im not sure of their ump was a player filling in or what. We have managed to play in a 1/4 in the first game to eventually playing 4 1/4's last week. The game against Athelstone broke the back and obvioulsy set home to the guys they need to pull their finger out. Lutheran were very concsious of our attack at the footy which was very humerous to see when Lutheran players would actually stand aside at a stopage or dispute of the footy. Bit of footy that we played last year. We have taken too long to gel this year. Not sure if its the new teams or what but we finally strung some things together. Really looking forward to the game this week. A part from Dizzies this is the true local rivalry for us. Last year we went 2-0 against Seaton and hoping to continue that form. Good to see POS have followed the reporting to sporting pulse. Still no update on their clash with HV. We know who won that but how hard is it to eneter the bloddy scores so the system is updated and you know how things went.

The score should be up there now i put them up last and updated the system since they cant seemedd to be bothered or maybe they havent worked out how to use a computer yet

It was the Pooraka coah and game was against Hope Valley.

Good to see Portland stringing a couple of wins together. Good signs for the boys down there after a slow start to the season. Unley jets again traveling nicely with no loss. By the looks of it no one will knock them off this year. The big suprise for me was Districts handing out a belting to Hope Valley. Hope Valley were looking good with some good wins. Can anyone add anything about that game?
