The Glenunga Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Kane Stewart as A Grade Coach for season 2002. Kane was an assistant coach in 2012 and holds level 2 coaching accreditation. Kane has an extensive football background having played over 200 A Grade games for Reynella in the Southern Football League and Mannum in the River Murray Football League. He has also played representative football for these associations on four occasions. Prior to joining Glenunga he played with Colonel Light Gardens, where he combined coaching the B grade with playing A Grade Football.

Ive heard that he is gonna have a crack at centrals and if that doesnt work out he may stay at Gaza or go to Tea Tree Gully with his mates.

Eastern Park is quite happy being the feeder to our sister club with over a dozen players seeking the lofty heights of a Div 5 premiership over the last coiple of years.
Not sure about the atmosphere being better, perhaps the the lure of being a big fish .........
