Maybe we should get out KDF supoporters booze van and park it in Broadies car park when we play them and sell cheap grog? Not in the spirit Broadview! Congrats to the players though who all came in for a quick beer after the game.

Did it few years back NW in a big Uni v Broady game celebrating a big Uni day. A lot of the lads at club went to watch cause we were playing Uni next week. Broady had beer tent, BBQ there selling crap on a big day for Uni celebbrating big game.

As much as that is true, might wanna check your facts on that occasion, that was Uni's 100 year celebration and was held on a Sunday, conditions were granted for such a set up as the crowd was going to be huge and it was a return favour for us agreeing to having the game on a Sunday. We got belted that day anyways.

I don't have any words to eat but for what it's worth I hear it was a well deserved win and from the first bounce.

Macca put his hand up to play A grade, did everything right on the training track, but just didnt get picked.

There are pro's and cons to Macca playing:

Pro's - Macca is a far more effective on-field coach than he is off-field, his mere presence on field makes such a difference to that side - and if you've ever had to put up with him in the coaches box on the sidelines, you'd know what I was talking about ;)

Cons - his legs were stuggling to get through a game 2 years ago, and to deny a spot to an up-and coming who could fill the spot is a bit selfish - In my opinion only of course.

*edit* further to this, you would think that PNU have enough depth that there wouldn't be the need for coach to don the jumper.

I've heard PNU had a number of top A graders out injured, and were still able to give Seaton a touch up. So I don't think the coach would even think about playing A's.

Where does this leave Uni? Were they dissapointing? Or are EP contenders?

What the hell happened to Seaton?? Are they no good this year? I didn't think they had lost many players?
