Might be heading towards D3 by then. Gowers good player. Think he won Medal years back but Patruno is a crock.

Seaton v Kilburn ( Seaton easy )
Flinders Pk v Pembroke ( Pembroke by a couple )
Athelstone v PHOS ( Good game this one maybe Athelstone by 3 goals )
Eastern Pk v Payenham ( Payenham must adapt to the oval & keep the opposition supporters quiet as quickly as possible or they will be in for a rough day, the start is the key once again for Payenham, they do that they win by 5 goals )

I don't necessarily disagree with you by the way just wondering about your reasons.I left at half time but according to reports, you were within 3-4 goals in the last quarter, but Broadies kicked away to win by 13. That's a big last quarter, if it is true how close you were.Last week against Broadies, Ocker told the players to stick with Broadview and they would run out of legs due to their age. Apparently Broadview's average age is in the 30's.
So, to be perfectly honest, I couldn't tell you whether it was fitness, youth or withstanding pressure for the full 4 quarters. Seaton wont be as good as Broadview, but they will still have D1-2 experienced players, and a few of your players looked off the pace.
Then again...........I could be wrong.............who knows........

Is Stokesy that slow?
( Note to Ed. Please let Shrek back on - it's like chucking stones at a blind man )
