so can anyone give fill me in on Mitcham's C-grade. Obviously they're travelling pretty well and from the numbers look like they've got a strong forward line....anything interesting to be said about them?

They are beatable. Teams just need to be accountable and shut down their midfield run. That is where they kill sides.

I see, so their forwards aren't that strong then? Goals coming from the midfielders?

being serious though, I think there are a couple of fellas from PAOC that deserve a mention. Obviously (and unfortunately) Adam Balnaves/Coco Devieres who was well ahead in the goal kicking until he went up to the B's for a couple of games and a coupe of others whose names elude me at the moment. Otherwise that Colebatch guy (uni) must get a mention.

Evan Crouch from Pulteney OS. good enough to play A's but chooses to play with his mates in the C's.

mitcham are very beatable - good run but undisciplined at times and a defender that is willing to spoil and jump will test their forwards (who hate chasing). this of course is based on the game they lost to uni.
re: team of year - i'd suggest will king hbf, angus groves (rover) and steve ebs (centreman) would be serious contenders from uni.
always forgive your enemies...nothing annoys them so much

From Fitzroy u probally could have these blokes in the mix in C4 team of the year!

Arab (VC & in good form)
Knuckles (DVC & also in good form dont mess with him)
Dutchie (hard & was B's B&F at club last year)
& Punky Rooster (career best form & is the Gary T Ablet of his side)

Think u can squeeze me in on the bench this week Punky  lol

now, now... any win is a good win, & if you can't enjoy a 20 goal win, may as well give up football.
also, Lutheran didn't just stand there & watch us kick goals- they had pride in themselves.
Didn't say the win makes us flag favourites, or anything outlandish...

Agreed about enjoying a 20 goal win. You guys stand a chance at a premiership. Your the only team so far that has put it up to the top 3!
