Am I right in saying nobody is playing at Payneham, Hope Valley, Hectorville, Golden Grove, or Campbelltown Oval yet us and Houghton have to travel to St Mary's? :x

riddler, being new to this amateur league caper must say a few things have had us scratching our head this year. we chose not to host a final based on the cost and not being able to recover it and also the fact that we had so few volunteers to do stuff this year that the people who did hell out wanted to actually see a game of footy at some stage before the season is finished.
is it that all of those clubs listed above did not chose to host a neutral final and therefore the saafl have gone with those who will host even if it is a water bag trip?

I know we didnt put in for any games this weekend at all due to our A's final on Saturday and we have 3 junior teams playing in GF's on sunday and because most of our committee is actually involved on the field in some form it makes it hard to man bbq's and bars etc...

That is the only reason I can think of for this to be the case (i hope anyway)....anyway no use dwelling on it, it is an oval and it has goalposts at either end...the game must go on!

Saints by 4 goals [-o<
Wingfield by 5 goals

Some big match ups this week in the Blacks game....Demasi v Kaz Miller, Skunk v Grant/Battams, Green v Millikan should all be crackers!

Kells v Starry is always an entertaining battle when we play Houghton and Bradman v Horsell should be a corker!!

Hey Carey are you coaching Paralowie next year or does the constitution deem it needs to be advertised?

Tips this weekend

Wingfield by 5 goals..Ivan Gray will run riot

Houghton by 3 goals....unless St Pauls show slightly increased self control

Regardless the Div 7 GF will be sensational !!!

CJ

Obviously have nothing but respect for you guys but will a lot drop off if you miss out on a GF?

Great training night riddler/bradman enjoy it while u can for one of ya's! Good luck let the battle begin :axe:

who the hell is ivan gray? Dont think 1 person running a muck will win the game personally, if he does get the ball in the first instance!

constitution states that it has to be advertised but you can be sure dutchy will get the job.
still think st pauls and wingies will win this week
might be a bit hard for friars this week as not doubt a few of the better players will be called up by the crows or power!. just kidding cj
