Very proud to be a Jetter today!

I've said on this forum before, the SW coach is an excellent coach and he proved he is also a class act with what he said and how he conducted himself in our changerooms after the game.

I think we kicked 14 goals on the trot after SW got off to a flyer and couldn't make a mistake for the first 10mins. Well done to our lads.

Cannot wait for Scotch next week, will be a ripper!

Thanks Turk.

Only problem for you now is you can't blame our umpire for your 30 goal losses in the 2's, might even have to worry about improving your footy.

Good to see Unley, Scotch and Mitcham all in the same grade next year should make for some fun. Any chance the Div 4 GF could be held at Mitcham next week just to get the fun started early.

Scotch and Unley should be a great game. Hard to pick winner at this stage but leaning to Unley best side all year.

Let that be a lesson to you, Port Adelaide Sturt. & Norwood You don't beat Glenelg in Grand Finals and get away with it.

No Dooms Day Emerson - will not be at Prospect Oval no Bomber no Malouf no Zeds no RS nothing like 1995. This will be a good day for the UMJFC with 3 sides playing for 3 Flags, just let'em shine. 8)

No you took it the wrong way! Obviously you know we smashed Fitzroy in the second semi, had the week off and then got done by them in the GF. Just hope that doesnt happen this time for Scotch. Would like to see them win the flag..

That's the thing about cryptic messages.

I don't share your love for Scotch, never played for them always against them, going all the way back to school days.

But one thing is for sure they are brim full of talent and should start favourites based on their convincing defeat of the Jets in the Semi.

Of course as you have pointed out, in a final that's not always in the script - they are often written on the day.

It will be an absolute cracker! See you there as I did in 1994 ;)
(PS I recon it was 1994, but I am getting old)

I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.
