Hey Andy you are right Oconnor was around when you won three A1 flags with the same tricks he is up to now although at least then when he was throwing the money around you wre in A1 not A3. I can assure you the money being spent is correct but probably not on duds like you. Maybe you should try and develop some players who will stay at your club for reasons other than money alone. I for one will be like supporters from most A1 clubs in hoping your big spending spree falls on its arse and you learn a valuable lesson. Good clubs rely on other reasons to attract players than money although with your reputation and demographics that would be difficult.

I can assure you that you don't know. In between you bagging us I'm sure our board/coaches were falling over themselves trying to tell you how much is being spent. Can anyone come up with an original insult to us. I know why you talk crap about and hate us footy nut....Kilburn 3 div 1 premierships, you none.

By the way Andy - dont even think that Kilburn will make it through to the Grand Final. Watch out for Flinders Park. They are the team to beat in A3. Great coach in Jackson, good club atmosphere, dont have the same money as a Kilburn to flash around, but look at them to win the Flag.

You dont always win flags just by flashing coin around. Look for harmony, not clubs that have to import 21 players - yep thats directed at you Andy.

So Henley Bs, Cs and Aldinga is a better level than div 3? Please answer this question, would you organise a trial with us so we all can have a chuckle? We'll even kick left footed for the day.

Piss off and stick to recruiting money hungry B graders.

mate, i wouldn't want to be organising a trial after the way u guys played last year. wen u lost constantly by 30 goals plus for most of the year i wouldnt be comparing that to any club, maybe hackem.

We had one bad year that you can criticise me for, you've had an entire career of mediocrity.

In a trial game we beat Walkerville who finished 3rd in div 3.

Aldinga would have beaten Kilburn... not worth commenting on.

Mighty Hounds, I believe you are playing div 5 this year, I'll have a good chuckle when Greenacres pump you.

another couple season's like u had this year and you'll be joining us soon mate

Mate, you also got smashed by North Haven in a trial match, who finished 5th in D4.

Not trying to be a smart arse, but just making a point about trial game form.

i'll chime in on this while i'm reading this rubbish....
you cant hang your hat on trial game form as no one is at full strength hence the word "TRIAL"!!!! so what your saying ANDY is sounding like BLAH, BLAH, BLAH...
you also cant say what will happen from one year to another, and even in you spend lots of money it cant guarantee success or even a premiership, just ask north haven from this year!!!!!
wait till next year starts and then you can sprout your mouth off as much as you want when you have something to back it up :) :) :) :) 8)
You win some, you lose some!!!!!

You're right Yeva, it's just difficult to cop crap at the start of summer then hold off replying until may. Will try to keep my mouth shut though, will just have to be patient.

Walkerville seems to be losing a couple of tall players, Hanlon and Gould to Mannum. Have only heard this from a mate and on this site so I'm not sure if either is 100% certain. Robinson is also considering his options at the moment.

Have they recruited anyone to cover these blokes? I was told one of the reasons for their success last year was stretching the other teams with their amount of talls. You would think losing two or three talls would limit the ability to do this.

Hey Andy you obviously are not privy to the inner sanctum at Kilburn. Perhaps you should ask Peter Thomas or Occa or some of your new recruits what they are getting and you may getter a better feel for how your club is prostituting itself in the marketplace. Re your brag about premierships you might not know but Broadies have won many more than 3 and still remain in Div1 without selling itself out continually. Seems you maybe be a mushroom in more ways than one!
