Tonight, weighed in at 92kg built up to 110x5 then 115x3 on the bench. That's back to pre holiday levels. Behind the neck shoulder press is very achey 70x6 75x5 80x2. Chin up strength is good built up to bodyweight +17.5x4. Did some shoulder rehab.
Leg strength has suffered the most and I'll be putting in a lot of effort on the front squats but I've got to be careful as I've lost a lot of strength through the lower back.
Has anyone else got anything interesting to report? On the other leagues' threads it says some people are getting close to the 10min mark on 3k runs.
I don't think anyone cares.............
Lots of people commented on it before and I was told in person that at least one person liked it so blow me.
