Anyways, going by your logic, who says we are going to be the same next year?? To be honest, I am happy for whatever approach is taken by the league. We will still get out there, maybe get belted as some love seeing, even have people through barbs at us, but in the end just have some fun and enjoy our footy.

More so questioning why the C grade comp needed to be changed in the first place rather than rubbing anything into you guys. What happens if you get flogged every week this year? Is the league going to come up with another proposal to make it easier for the struggling clubs? I know this sort of "make sure everyone gets a go" and "let the kids who suck play too, even though they're not good enough" theme has crept into primary schools and junior footy. But we're playing a mans game now. Sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings. We can't have that

You can call us "flat track bullies" all you like. We can only play against what the opposition puts on the park and if our "mates playing together" are 30 goals better than your "mates playing together" then boo f**ken hoo! I'm not going to feel sorry for them. Been on the other end of plenty of floggings myself. Did it hurt my feelings if someone had a crack at me? No. It just made me want to get better and improve.

And if you guys improve that's excellent. Its even better for you if the other clubs in C4 don't. Then this whole exercise would have been worthwhile for your football club

Ok point taken I'll move on. You are right, you can only play who you are put up against, wasn't doubting that. Good luck in div 8.

My best wishes still stand for them, I'd imagine with their depth through they grades they will go pretty well.

Was advised that the original league proposal and the placment of clubs that were intitialy put on the SAAFL website has been overwhelmingly supported by all clubs concenred and that the second draft that was posted will not be the case. I am more than happy to be corrected as you know i have as much interest in this as the next bloke. It seems that the concerns on here have not translated to the delegates to then be submitted. The meeting is next week and as far as i am aware its a go ahead and the division allocations will stand as they are.

to be honest, what chances did clubs have to change anything that was out lined
once the idea and draft were made they were not going to change their mind
have they ever changed a proposal that they have put up
i wonder how many clubs even bothered talking to them since they know it will fall on deaf ears
we stand as one
we fight as one
we win and lose as one
we are one

Just to set you straight

Clubs must approve all gradings, so whatever gets voted in on Monday will be what the gradings are

Club delegates have been given a revised version, which was done acouple of weeks ago

If you want to see it go ask your club

Nothing wrong with my counting
It was the other blokes who couldn't get it right ;)
Also doesn't help when people put their hands up and down instead of leaving it up till the count is finished

no it wont...

You can still have triple headers, it just means that your A's and B's play one team and your C grade plays another. As long as the other team are happy to have triple headers there's no issue.

It's not rocket science
