Name a club that doesn't pay their players? If the club doesn't pay players and they lose majority of games they still end up in the same predicament. It doesn't change the running cost of the club.

Well then ask the players to give some of their money back to fix up the 30K debt. That should fix the problem.

Sadly i agree with you, the demographic of the area doesn't really lend itself to aussie rules.. even the cricket side of Kilburn is divided and shrinking.

I would have thought most clubs would be thrilled if they were a break even proposition.
