Can any Salisbury guys tell me why Timmy Dimasi isn't getting picked for Centrals reserves? From all accounts he did very well in the trial games for them.

Can't tell you mate. Not the biggest bloke ever, and has had some problems with his disposal, but was very good for us on Saturday and Centrals should be considering him.

I see he has been in the best players in both Salisbury's games. I guess it's hard to get into Centrals reserves team when they keep winning.

Clive Waterhouse seen at Para Hills Football Club tonight after officially announcing his retirement from the Port Adelaide Magpies. I dont know whether he is looking to play on but I noticed that Para Hills only named 20 players on their "A" grade team list for tommorrows game. If anyone from Para Hills has more info on this situation could you please send me an email. There is no doubt that Clive would look very good in Para Hills gurnsey.

Well done to Portland, their chasing, tackling and harassing of Walkerville was pretty good and never allowed the Cats to get into a real groove. The Cats didn’t look at their best but that would’ve partly been caused by Portland’s pressure.

Can any Portland boys shed some light on the incident during the B grade? One of the Portland players came off injured, the A grade coach said something to him, next minute you know the player is swearing and carrying on and fronting up to the A grade coach, they shoved each other, then a couple of blokes had to intervene and hold them both back. I’m sure there was nothing much in it but it didn’t look too good to be honest.

yeah well done to our lads in the A's, unlucky not to get the points but still will ave lifted the boys spirits after the week before!!

the incident with the player and A grade coach, dont think alot was in it
the player that came off can be a little hot headed at times, that was just a moment of it!
think he would have been frustated at doing an injury
I was playing while it happened so can only go on second hand knowledge.
Havent heard any more on the subject so Im guessing that was the last of it!

Also heard someone say that walkerville had 8 of last years A graders in the C's and also 12 of last years A graders in thr B's on the weekend!
does this mean that walkerville have bought/acquired a whole new A grade side or was someone wrongly informed or telling lies??
if so that would explain why there B's were probs the best B grade side I have ever played against!!
get on board the thunder train!!!

I didn't see the incident either, i was actually standing on the field at the time. (i say standing rather than playing because you need to actually get kicks to be classed as playing i reckon ;) ) My runner came out and told me something happened, and as Fisty said, nothing in it as far as i was told. There were some frustrated lads in the B grade, as to be expected when you are getting towelled up.

Did Smid actually kick 13 ? He only had 5 or 6 halfway during the 3rd quarter when our fullback went off injured. Surely he didnt kick 7 in 30 minutes of footy ???

A loss is still a loss piccacu.......and at the moment my prediction is still right

I was interested to see that Lippo kicked 6 but couldnt get in the best but an overated lazy hack was able to pick up a bog. Maybe it has something to do with his family giving out the votes.

lippo was very good on the weekend, yet again your information is wrong he kicked 5 not 6 with 5 behinds also.
OVERATED, im sure you have heard the saying people in glass houses shouldnt throw stones mate.
also you use the words lazy hack i do recall watching you play a few games last year, i think you were sent off a few times eg HACK and didnt play a few games to a back injury that didnt exist cos you couldnt be bother eg LAZY.
im starting to think you played for portland on the weekend you fit this profile to well

It was me Grail. Nothing in it at all and to back up the Fist I can be a very angry man at times. Just got very pissed at the thought of missing out on any more footy. Apologies done story over. I must admit for anyone to see that sort of disrespect coming from a player to a coach and vice versa is terrible and does not make our club look good as whole in any respect. So I guess that topic is over.
