Yes. Has a hard pre-season ahead though after spending 3 weeks in Mexico/Las Vegas.

How old is he?
Chopped us (Adel Luth) up 2nd game. Took a heap of marks inside 50 but passed most off to bring other players into the game.

Your not wrong there, I think Rory must have played a couple of good games when he was there last and people remember that. If it was based on this years form he would be lucky to run out in the C grade at Districts.[/quote]

Some resentment towards Rory same old

Not really, don't know him well enough to resent him. Just from a far it looked liked he thought he was a lot better than anyone else in div 4 coming from Districts and wasn't as good as he and many others thought he would be.

seems divisions 4 & 5 will be the "marquee" players comps for 2009. Have heard from very reliable amateur league administrators that Nathan Bassett will be playing up to 5 games for Pulteney, Darren Jarman will play for CBC, Mark Ricciuto-Tony Modra-Simon Feast-Paul Sherwood-Mathew Bode will play some games for PAOC, and a few other clubs in those divisions are talking up ex sanfl/afl stars playing some games next year. Rupert Murdoch must be sponsoring those comps!!

PAOC - Feast / Sherwood / Bode - haven't heard those ones before and I dont think so

I would have thought those 3 would play all season for serious coin and I think Modra is pure fantasy at $20k pa - off season gossip

Not sure about Feast and Sherwood but Bode is a definate no to PAOC, if he plays it will be for a different amatuer league club which is a bit higher than these clubs

Bode has been mentioned as coach of Brighton in SFL, but then again it is bulldust season so anything is possible
