Ingle Farm will finish last and will be lucky to field two teams should have kept last years coaches or at least giving job to mooney would have kept players at club and a bloke with real passion for the place

Maybe. Your probably right. Only time will tell.

You can rest assured the side which takes the field though will not be backing down and will be there to win or at be competitive.. who knows what may happen..

Chipped shoulder much?

You aren't at the club anymore and can't really comment on the new coach's passion.

What happened to club loyalty you say bulldog i ask you. For a club to knock back an offer from mooney who had over ten past players to help this year was a joke these people were all club loyal and most had been there since they were kids so i ask you.You are right that all the great work ck did is now gone but he was not the only one there at the time that made things happen is was the comittee which when chris started was made up of the people mooney had to help this year.People with club loyalty were willing to hang tuff again this year but have been pushed out by a couple of people running the club now you want to say that they are not club loyal what a joke. The club made a choice not to go with people within and they will suffer for it.I feel sorry for nivo the club has thrown him in the deep end and giving him nothing. Havent seen one ad anywhere to try to get players to club and the people that were ther dont get looked after enough. Long year for farmers but we can only hope people that made the wrong choices to get rid of last years coaches can amitb to ther mistakes and realize that you need to get help within footy clubs before you look outside.

okay ff im not going to get in a slanging match with you. mooney yes did put his hat in the ring and yes maybe he should of got it. the people u spoke about have been loyal to the club but sometimes there action both on and off the field havent been of leadership material. some of these people have in one turn done alot for the club and in another bought the club down with some appalling behaviour this just can not be accepted, especially for aclub growing its juniors.Ingle Farm has had a great reputation for many years known as a drug, rough club. Some of this is perception some is fact. I NEVER said these people werent loyal there are a number of other players jumping ship. Being loyal is hanging around in the tough times. The club needs a culture change and both current and last years players should get on board and not pick and choose what they do and when they do as in previous years. Im not going to get into last years coach enough been said and done on that topic move fwd not back

Like i said this is a rumour i heard from a non reliable source on the sauce at around 1am on a sundiy morning.

IF to make things more confusing the oval is actually next to and used by the another public school International something or rather. I have no idea how it would work. Im assuming the blues would want the facilities and mayb run jnrs as Glenunga......

Very good point Tigers im sure both those parties involved (SMOSH & West Lakes) would be thinking its the best thing they have ever done.

I have been to two trainings in the past two weeks and nobody and I mean NOBODY has mentioned a merger between the two clubs that includes the President and playing committee members. As for the name change in the letter I received give very little insight to the name change. I suspect with the school's lack of focus on sports in recent years the club is no longer able to rely on it for quality recruits and it is to do with an image/reputation issue.

As per our "media release" in the Sunday Mail, Ian Perrie has signed, training and will be pulling on a jumper for the PFC. It is full steam ahead for the new look PFC and striving to get back to Division 4 for 2010.

FF, you are very critical of the club and some decisions it has made. Im not going to debate with you because you most likely know more than i do, but a couple thoughts that spring to mind are..

1st club loyalty is fantastic and definately a crucial asset in a strong club, however perhaps not the only criteria to being head coach? Perhaps Mooney WASNT the best man suited for the job? (again just asking..)

The club has been in a bit of a lul for the past few seasons, obviously they will do what they can to build the club back, and if they believe that the best way to start is finding a fresh new coach from outside the club then surely not a bad ploy?

Im just struggling to understand your arguement due to the fact it seems based around loyalty etc? Successfull clubs make the tough calls, doesnt mean they value the person/persons any less, may feel they are better suited in a different role?

Think he might have been referring to mooney's passion, not nivo's

Yep, I know, I was saying FF would have no idea about whether Nivo share's a similar passion for his role there because FF walked away.
