Got back from Geelong yesterday, had one nasty incident with one of the boys ending up in not good nick but I'm not gonna go into it, besides that was an awesome time. Thanks to the Ha'Penny Bridge Hotel for sticking us up in their beer garden all day Friday and Saturday with $10 steins of beer all day.

Congrats to young Scotty McPherson on his best-on effort. Unbelievable effort from a footy trip virgin.

The Chief doesn't count. He's in a league of his own.

zedman wrote:yeah i read that to shrek..no money needed for an ex kookaburra mate, some players actually change clubs without $$ being mentioned strange as it seems!..played in the 2005 GF..if his brother coaches he will play there as stated..but if his brother doesnt..handy FP kicking 60+ goals in the team that came bottom :)

how did he go for your team zedman? would of thought shrek was right with him re money, but could be wrong. knew him as a kid, would walk over a dying family member to have a shot a goal!

he went pretty good, 30-40 goals i reckon but he was also young and silly and he maybe an even better player now..he was friends with the coach at the time..and your correct about the kicking of goals :)

Sounds like he's not ready to drink alcohol as it has such a nasty effect on him & can't control himself.
Is he like that on the field?
