Anyone know if Meersy applied for the Haven's job?

I think Jarrod Mears is going to put his hand up at the Magpies U18 job.

Shane O'Dea has applied for a lot of coaching spots, spent a lot of time down with South Adelaide as an assistant in their junior grades. Not sure about his coaching at senior level, very keen and enthusiastic each time we spoke with him a few years back

I dont think either Hodges or Hosie would be heading back there, not sure they really enjoyed it that much last time. One thing is for sure Placey would be heading somewhere else if Hodges did go back to Henley.

Marshall to coach the B grade at Seaton, but still wants to play A grade there. Prob has one more season at A grade level left.

pretty well on the money  not right on the money but pretty well damn close

Sorry Locky which bit did I get wrong? I did add that he would be playing as well.

He will only be there one year though cos he wants to get back involved at SANFL level - as he should.

He and Scott will attract some good players too such as Paris Fowden but I don't know how the Tigers will be able to pay them.

Played under shane ten years back at Mitchell Park when in the southern league, thought he was a very good coach then, was able to get thru to players and spoke very well. Would take a punt with this guy, loves his footy!! Top bloke too!!

I'm with Shrek, I heard this a couple of weeks ago from a club sponsor who was told they needed a little more money injected into their footy department for such appointments. The only difference in the story was that Virginia approached him to apply

Not true, Donnelly is moving to Virginia and has made plenty of enquiries about the place. The APFL is my old league and I have my ear to the ground. Rotter heard the same as me. Somehow Virginia must have got the idea Donnelly was responsible for EP's success. Sounds like he is riding on Payne's coat tails.
