Kilburn by 2 points
Pultney over Greenies
SCOTCH over Heccies

Cheers, its been fixed up on the web now any ways. Dare to say Unley would of been shattered after a close loss with finals on the line, I think this Finals seems to be any ones, with alot of teams tasting victories against the other 4. Should be good

Jets boys were shattered, particularly coach Hall who had a great game and huge last quarter to try and drag his side over the line. Along with Skoblyk who took one of the biggest hangers I've seen in the last 1/4.
Jets should have made the 5 but let too many close ones slip. Got a lot of young talent to work with, and if Hally can recruit a couple more experienced (mid 20s) players they will be around the mark again next year.
Will be a great finals series. I have seen Heccies, Scotch and Kilburn play and they all play a similar type of game and are hard to seperate. Haven't seen Salisbury unfortunately, but people seem to think they are a cut above.

Hmm wouldn't say a shock, we only just beat them last time and knew they'd had a great second half of the season, and they're dangerous at home. We were up at 3 quarter time, they went bang with a few quick ones early in the last and then finished us off. We were very disappointed but looking forward to next week now.

From a side that was going for its 8th win in the back half of the season I would say it is disappointing and right on the verge of finals it could derail the campaign.

Good to see opposing sides supporting their hosts over the bar........NOT eskies galore and even a bonfire  didn't think it was that cold yesterday afternoon.

In other News very strong rumour going around that there will be new facilities for the Football Club to utilise very soon.

Oh you would say it's disappointing would you? Thanks for the insight ;) dwelling on it achieves nothing, working on our faults and preparing for finals is all that matters.

it would appear after yesterday that there are many faults not sure if they can all be fixed in the space of a week or two

Fair enough, our faults got us to third as opposed to not making the finals so we'll take what we've got and keep working forward, cheers..

Anyone from this thread from Elizabeth know if the South gawler recruits will stick around next year, seen in the paper that South are asking for a new coach, and heard that they left the club because of the new coach appointed 2 years ago. would be a big loss for The eagles, takes depth away from a side that just survived. Will Steve and Micheal Taylor head back to smithfield if the club gets the right coach when they resume back in div 7 next year. Im only questioning these circumstances and not saying they will happen.

Pretty entertaining game on Saturday One Eyed, well done to your boys for hanging on. Umpiring was relatively consistent although I thought they didn't protect the player going for the ball very well.

LM yes it appeared that both teams didnt want to win. Was very happy with our young fellas. My understanding its the 1st time that WOS has ever won there. FYI we had 14 players 23 or under which is good for the future
