But us being the denominator i can t really cop on the chin quietly. Sure we have not put one on the board but we are very close. This week may be the turn around. Great result Saturday night though. At least our Guernsey had a win on the weekend

The big lad that played CHF in the B's would surely be able to make there A's.

I think you are talking about Thomas Quinn. He usually does play A grade, played in the GF last year at CHF - Luke Granleese destroyed him![]()
I do recall him playing B grade last year against us early in the year, but played at CHB.

Quinny had a great game and probably deserved to be best on ground, took some great grabs and couldn't be tackled. Wouldn't be surprised to see him in the A's soon.

Why was he in the ressies Stretch ? Form or injury ? He can definately play, i reckon he kicked a big bag against us at our ground a couple of years ago.

Not sure why they haven't had the results so far but they seemed like a fairly similar side to last year, plenty of height, and I'd still think they'd be top 4.

Its about time someone from portland stopped using excuses about theor poor start to year. From what i've heard alot has been left up to the younger players in the team whilst the experinced guys have gone missing.

Wilson and Franga aren't exactly 'old-heads'. Coppo, on the other hand...
