Steve Pollock Best again for the Gullies. Been a fair pick up for them and seems to be acquiring himself well in Div 1.

Went to Goodwood Oval on Saturay and enjoyed the game, goodwood were moving the ball very well, they look to be getting ready for the finals. also a big congratulations to the club for the hosting of the St Raphaels past players and officials function. Went there with my dad and it was a good day. I know that next year they will be doing the same thing for old Goodwood past players and officials so be on the look out for that.

Hopefully get 4 players back from injury/holidays this weekend with a big couple of weeks for the lads coming up!

He certainly did, why he's left the Eagles is bewildering.
I know the Sharks have been struggling of late but to talk another player out of the SANFL is very selfish especially when he's not in his 30s.

Heard during over the weekend that GAZA's meat head ruckman lost the plot at some stage throughout the game and started throwing haymakers... any truth behind this and if so was there a report made or not much in it?

Psst FS, we had about 5 out of our best A grade team out too so your not on your own with missing players. I think you're also selling Joel Campbell's effort a bit short but we did play much better against you the first time which I think, given who was not available, is understandable

Psst Aceman, we have a few more than 5 out but hopefully get half back this week.

Great response, but JC was the probably prime reason the footy got to Cox so his value can't be understated.

FS. i would say that GX's run and delivery out of defence was the difference between the sides., not just one player.
Ace. yes it was good to see the 'screwy ' get an airing. the cheer just about lifted the roof off the verandah. [ must have been a good chairmans lunch ]
