$70 for our Under 18s, with the bar voucher only being $10 if paid before March 31.

No shirts or merchandise included, buy that seperately depending on what blokes want/need.

I like the idea of not selecting blokes. You guys are lucky that you can afford to do it, as you had 3 strong sides last year. It makes it tougher if any of your teams are struggling. We are slowly moving towards being able to implement something similar.

Our fees last year were $90 if you paid before end of April, $110 if paid after. No shirts/drink vouchers/etc - keeps the price down.

That's how the system is in writing Felch my friend, hasn't always actually happened...

Subs $180 per player, can get player sponsor for $250. They receive photo and free drinks at all half time home games.

If you are not payed by first round, you don't play. Happened couple years ago, almost lost first game to bottom side of previous year, thankfully hasn't happened since.

We do a similar thing with player sponsors but in lieu of giving them drinks each home game we have a 'sponsors day' where they get free drinks and food all day often turns out a bit messy though!!

Obviously it worked well though, because it has not happened since by that comment. I commend your club for having the balls to follow through with the threat if true.

No offence i'd doubt it a div 1 club not playing a bloke they pay $150 a game because he hasn't paid his $125 in subs. Might be wrong but most clubs don't back up their threats as it may impact results,I however applaud clubs that do follow through with the threat. I pay my subs each year plus donate a small amount of cash to the club if i can't attend functions. If everyone just paid their subs at clubs it would save alot of heart ache for the committees.

Obviously it doesn't apply to paid players. At Kilburn everyone's subs etc are taken out of match payments.

I know at Seaton the Cgrade have always been & still are the worst for paying subs.
Alot always expect to pay nothing & still get away "without paying" their fee's.
I for one would love the club to p!ss off those that continue not to support the club in this way, as always it costs the club more to have a Cgrade.
This year with the lack of numbers i hope its the end of the Cs, they only support the club when theirs free grog. Its like getting blood out of a stone for anything else.

Distrcits A grade get paid every 4 weeks or so, so there subs come out there pay. As for B and C grade they dont play if they havent paid. SO yes they are strict, just ask the Treasurer!

I reckon thats a bit rough no shirt if your unemployed. Some blokes could be in a rough trot and footy is all they have. Admittedly the bludgers probably dont deserve anything but still a bit rough i reckon.

I think what backliner is trying to say is,

At Aldinga were trying to minimise the unemployment rate ha ha. We think that if your fit and enjoying your footy and friends then work and all else will be that bit easier, its more of a business than some people think. We like to encourage and help our players find work. Does that sound good enough? ha ha.

How about the $45 fee to the SANFL per senior player being proposed, additional to your club membership
