After reading this thread I disguised my effort on Saturday as a hip flexor stretch. Absolutely ridiculous rule. What are you meant to do when you're warming up or if you have a half time break away from the changerooms. Shame Amateur League, shame.

does anyone think that the paoc boys take a p!ss on their own oval on a training night or even on the trees surrounding the oval, i have played at a few different clubs and have and seen many guys take a leak somewhere on the oval. once again PAOC soft
