they must have been pretty decent then, to drop them 2 Divs. so the moral of the story is recruit locally then hey... end of the day players chasing money will come and go depending on where the cash is... not enough committed club people around these days...

Pretty close to the mark..
Its also really hard in attracting the "right" type of people aswell...

correct! makes it harder when you dont have juniors aswell.
