NG, that sounds like common sense to me. Are you going to have enough to fill the second team?

yeah we should be right. the first couple will be the hardest but after a few weeks there are more blokes that will be available.

i looked at some names i'd like in the As and there's about 26 or so left over after that. plau there's a couple of blokes that are keen to fill in the numbers when we need them too. end of the day we'll see come R1.

FWIW, as much as we throw s***t at each other, I thought Daisy Menner was a very good captain for Para Hills. Led by example and seemed to have the backing of all your guys.

Your right Pag, Daisy is a very good leader and is respected by all the guys, but as hanno said earlier he is flat out with work and has been working away alot which has made it hard for him. I am led to believe he will still be in the leadership group, but i guess that will be confirmed tonight!

Aaron 'Beefa' Musolino to captain us again for the sixteenth consecutive year - what a legend! New vice-captain, another club stalwart, Sammy 'Frank' Taylor, who also plays his 150th game this saturday - congratulations big fella! Young Justin 'Cooee' Kuhar, burning up the track this summer, will be our deputy-vice.

Lachlan Kennett retains the captaincy at St Paul's and is my early tip for the Div 7 medal...VC goes to one of our new recruits who's only played 1 game for the club in Daniel Barbulovic but he oozes leadership.

Don't forget the C grade captain, Dan 'Mr Incredible' Hussey who has enormous boots to fill !! Gary Willsdon is Vice Captain and Shaun 'Man Child' Duffy is deputy vice and fingers crossed will become the first 'Burra to play 200 games this year..

Congratulations to the other guys appointed to the captaincy groups. Lead from the front boys !!

Aaron Cooke will captain Ovies this year with Shane Rigney and Lance 'buddy' Long as the co-vice captains. the Magoos have the evergreen Steve Elma as skipper and old man Chris Newman as his vice.

lookin forward to a good year at Ovies and although missing about 6-8 players for the first round should go fairly well.
