we'll have enough for two. just. an extra 5 blokes really helped our chances of fielding 2 full sides on saturday. thursday will paint a clearer pixture but i'd say we should be right in putting 2 sides on the park.

Just told you his first name is Ryan. Is Lurch's first name Ryan? I'd assume not. Your loss boys, nice player management.

HAHA, a little insecure are we? Thats why the thread title said "Is it true?" The thread was about clarification of a rumour and you took it a little personally, sounds like there could be more to it. After all we all know Glenunga have their problems.

jeez, ur a real chip of the old block aren't ya tredders.... a bit defensive? Of course, when someone who has no links nor any involvement with a club and comes onto a forum sprouting that the club is going under, what do you expect? The club is going fine and if your '2 mates' had any sniff of an idea of what was going on at glenunga then they would not have been able to tell you the club is going under, and if they did then they are lying thru their teeth. The club is in the healthiest state its been in for many years now, on and off the field. Which club are you involved with mate? Just watch us rattle a few cages in '09. The club is in a very positive position moving forward in a bit to repair the issues that have been detrimental to on and off field success. Next time you say a club is going down, make sure you have something FACTUAL based and not a very inept rumour.

Jimmy, just show me where I said the club was going under? I asked if anyone on here could clear the rumour that the club was folding? You could have done that yourself in your original post with a bit of dignity without telling me to get my hand off it. Never did I say it was folding.

How else do you suggest I get the FACTS when I have been told a rumour? I went to a sporting forum knowing that the people on here would know the answer, therefore giving me the FACTS and clearing the rumour. Please dont suggest the club because I wouldnt get an honest, and I wouldnt expect to and the SAAFL dont give you much info either.

Oh and I dont have a local football club that I support, as mine folded a few years back. So I would hate for the same thing to happen to Glenunga or any football club for that matter.
