Wingfield have gone up too and they were only average last year. Somehow PNU and BL stay in C4 though to seek some glory......And where the hell have Ovingham gone

based in most part by Promotion & Relegation, there have been a number of new C Grade sides nominated so they have been allocated C4, Wingfield go up as they are an A Grade side

C3 Seaton come down instead of Pembroke if my memory serves me along with Pooraka

. All year the league was selling the C grade comp as the top 2 go up and the bottom 2 go down and in time this will even up the comp. Why the U turn?

Why are clubs who have A Grade sides in high Divisions like Brahma (Div 4), PNU (Div 3), Kilburn (Div 2) playing their C Grades against teams in Div 6 & 7 in the lowest C Grade comp?? Anyone would think you had a hand in these placings EM...things that make you go hmmm!!

I agree with you Duncs don't make sense...yet there's clubs from Div 2, 3 & 4 with their C Grades in C4 playing against Div 6 & 7 clubs.
