Don't know if I'd call it a revival.

Looks like they're one of those teams that won't have a cooee's chance of playinig finals footy but are proving to be a nuisance by putting a kink in the chain of those teams that are genuine finals contenders this year.

ROCS are 2 point behind SHOC and Modbury but with a better %. SHOC v ROCS last round will be a cracker.

Likewise with Goodwood and Henley...

If both sides win next week the winner of their game in the last round will finish top and have a week off.

Surely one of the most exciting last 2 rounds div1 have seen

We were starting to think that about TTG before Saturday but that monkey's gone. If you make it, you better keep the blokes out of the 'beer fridge' or you mightn't have enough to field a team. Yeah, good luck to you. However, if we can win the next 2 and Gullies drop their next 2 (one against you) we'll finish 3rd.

you would have to think it would be a huge injustice if modbury stay up as a result of that decision to award them the TTG game.

Pt Districts with 2 games remaining v Gepps Cross & Modbury both at home are a real chance of grabbing that 5th spot up for grabs.
How far can they go if they get there is the big question?
I think they can give it a shake, they have beaten every side in the top 5 & seem to have hit some form at the right time of the year led by Mr couragous himself Alf Steed, with this bloke in the side & leading from the front in all aspects of the game, the youngsters around him find that extra needed & stand taller when its their turn to win the footy.
I think Gaza are the side most at risk of dropping out of the 5 playing Rostrevor & Gepps Cross both away from home.
I'll tip them to lose both games, it couldn't happen to a better side either!

Cheese eater are you for real Modbury deserve to stay up if they win enough games, we cant help it if TTG lights went out and maybe if they were infront at the time they would have the points but they werent. Modbury have two very tough games and both are must win for survival

Heard a rumour that chris motley is desperate to be back this week and is doing everything possible such as ice baths everyday. If he does play it will be a remarkable come back from a broken leg

Have the broken fingers healed? He must be a "quick healer" if they have.
You know, from when they got jammed in the door of the beer fridge!

Eugiene warrior is supposedly making a comeback to a grade first round of finals if they make it. Apparently he is all about the glory but not about working hard to get there

I reckon after a good Saturday night he'd only be looking for some painkillers and skin repair cream, the chicks would probably prefer it if the swelling remained.
