Did you mean tips for many clubs he can play for, or round 7 tips ? ;)

Ha good felch, We're hoping Coxy can play for us in July when half of our side is in Europe/US of A.

Big call for him to stay at a club for 4 weeks though.

Was looking for round 7 tips though yes.

Gotta say, I've seen some gobsmacking things happen in Amateur League football - and, if its true, Cox and his clubs of many colours is right up there with the best.

I've never met the bloke and thought everyone was a bit harsh on him, but looks like the safooty.net regulars have their finger on the pulse

Someone want to troll back through the postings. I reckon there were bets laid on how long he'd last at PH

A few outs for Mitcham this week, a few big in's for Salisbury, Might be the match to turn our season around!

St Peter's OC v SMOSH West Lakes - Big in's for SMOSH ;) Haven't beaten Saints since Yr 9. Pretty keen.
Old Ignatians v Scotch OC - Scotch still struggling.
Salisbury v Mitcham - Might be close, but still expect the inconsistent Mitcham to get over the line
Woodville South v Portland - Just. Sh!tty oval though.
WalkervillE v Para Hills - Thought Walkerville were pretty average last week TBH. Still think at their best, PH can match it and beat everyone in the league. Whether their best gets produced on a consistent basis is up for discussion.

Couple of evenly matched sides at the top of the table.

Just wondering about the selection criteria down at west lakes....I believe a player has been selected in the A's this week who's only trained once in the past month

Only a couple of outs due to injuries - 1 b grader (should be playing A grade anyway) and one player coming back from a long stint at Sturt. Firstly, Hawks dont have a good record out at Salisbury, secondly they owe salisbury a belting for what happened in the 2007 final series. The Hawks will be fired up and are very keen to make it 3 wins in a row!

Saints v Smosh - Haven't seen either, but Saints losing to PH makes me think SMOSH....that and they're top.
Old Iggies v Scotch - Iggies not as good as their position indicates, especially if you can shut down their big play makers. Scotch with some good ins to get up.
Salisbury v Mitcham - Salisbury clearly struggling. The good thing about a club with depth is a big out is meet by an equally as good in.
Woody South v Portland - clearly a better side than most anticipated, Portland not playing great football. Why wasn't Godfrey playing last week???
Walkerville v Para Hills - should get the points at home.

McEvoy loves the open expanses of Salisbury Oval, and Flanigan should have a field day on the wing. Also, no Paget, no Salisbury :D

SMOSH over SPOC - 3 goals- havent seen either sides but from what i've read and heard SMOSH are the better side
Old Iggies over Scotch - 6 goals- Scotch finding a bit of form, but old iggies at home should be too good.
Mitcham over Salisbury - 6 goals - Mitcham form has been to good, Salisbury struggling and probably heading for Divvie 4
Woodville south over Portland 3 goals - Portland are a solid side and will give em a run, but home ground advantage and the cubicle sized visitors change room wont help em get over the line!
Walkerville over Parahills - Could go eitherway but from what i've seen, Walkerville will have too much run!

Sounds like you already know Steve. Perhaps you should check with the Coach as I doubt anyone on this board has any say on selection...Schimma included :P

FTR, hes trained more then once in the last month, has work and Uni commitments and has strung together some very good B grade footy. Unlike some lazy prick who forced his way into the side this week ;)

A bit confused with that comment, even though i kind of agree. We lost to you by 1 point, but you guys are playing great footy ??? Interesting...
Godfrey not playing until mid-June. He wants to finish his trade first, can't afford to get injured before. Has only trained 2 or 3 times anyway. He has needed this long to get over the partying he did after the GF - he is a very loose individual, was BOG in the celebrations by a fair way !!!

My tips -

SMOSH over SPOC, 2 goals, should be a good game.
Iggies too good for Scotch, 6 goals.
Mitcham to beat Salisbury, 8 goals - as previously stated, Salisbury are buggered without the great ginger-one ;)
Portland to win against Woody South, 4 goals :D
PH too good for Walkies, 6 goals.
