by my reckoning we have lost 5 blokes from our best team last year, 2-3 of whom are no loss because they were probably some of the blokes that old mate fisty loves to lump all Reds in with, and 3 (2xbyrnes, bailey didnt play the 2nd half of the year, although we would love them to play)

but have picked up 4 definate starters in the A's all hard players, then probably 5-6 young blokes who could either be superstars or just run up a moster tab at the ALMA

i have also heard there may be a few lads coming out who have been doing sanfl pre-seasons but wont make ressies so should be handy.

Also heard that V.Harris has signed from Vic country if true then handy pick up,goes very well will run amuk in div4,and are the sanfl ressies coming from Westies?

I suspect that even the Unley boys don't know the answer to that.

I notice on the proposed draw that on the 25th April Anzac Day Greenies are up against the Grove boys..hope it stays that way as it would be a great game on a special day... will be a great GF replay. As a club will will be looking at our performance closely up against probably one of the strongest teams in the comp :D
Opinions and bumholes..you either have one or are one IMO

Is that the same draw that has us listed as playing PAC on Friday the 3rd instead of the 4th? I think the draw may still be provisional. :?

I have been hearing mixed reports on how Ashley Place is fitting in at Lutherans? Heard he just like to stand in the middle of the oval and yell and blow his whistle while the boys are run ragged? Anyone one close to the club care to comment?
