Haven't heard anything about that, but i haven't been at the club lately!!

Muldoon apparently got the assistant coach role at Kilburn and is chasing a couple of players. I wouldn't think to many would be going, IMO most of the players he would be after are born and bred at Rosies or have strong ties!! Maybe shrek could fill us in on some recruits!!

I heard his name but I think I was told he was helping Robo with the Bs. No idea about any recruits yet. We did get Hughesy from Rosewater last year though.

Yes test it would be a step up going from Rosewater to Kilburn, but if their not good enough we'll just send them back down to Greenacres!

we played plympton this year and went to their end to warm up..so did they...it was getting testy i must say
Happened with us once this year as well, someone was warming up at the end we usually do so we just went down there anyway. It was our routine so we weren't going to change it.

Maybe you should have ha ha.
Was that you blokes? Didn't we kick the first four that day?

it happend to us in the elimination final we took smithfields warm up spot and the coach told us to go over the other side so we just kept warming up there and then it got physical between our runner and the smithfield ruckman when we didn't move....it was absoutley disgraceful on part of their coach and that ruckman
well if you knowingly took there spot was it deliberate to upset them? seems like it worked.
what worked?..it was a mix up..sh1t happens

Yeah they were in the paper 5 years ago complaining how they owed the council 65k, surprisingly they started a fall down the grades  . So whens their ground becoming a 'super school'? Is that still on the governments agenda?

Well mate it's hard to say, I wan't to play the highest possible division that I can at any time and I dream of one day when I retire watching the mighty Kenilworth Football Club back into the higher divisions where they belong and think to myself I helped the club through the hard times and got us back here. I guess the blokes at Modbury,Woody South,Eastern Park,Para Hills ect can relate to that. I played a bit of A grade footy in my late teens/early 20's (Im only 24) but the last few years of work has taken it's toll on my fitness and therefore my footballing ability. But in my experiences with the KFC I do know that if we have a good year usually we do not mess around 3rd,4th,5th we actually play in a gf. I suspect the club is shortly going to come into a good era if the club is run right, there are alot of extremely talented young blokes playing U15's and U17's and even this years side was extremely green (Hints why we are very competative through periods of games, but then get blown away very quickly). If we played div 6 I have no doubt we would be in the mix, but a side of me wants to see the future players of our club mix it with teams in higher divisions to get the best out of their ability. From the div 6 finals I saw the jump from div 6 to div 5 is as big as i have ever seen it, the top clubs in 5 were better than last year but the overall standard of last year was better than this year in div 5 if that makes sence. So in all, i'd stay in div 5 but for cheap kicks definatly div 6 is the answer....
