There are no such things as clearances in the AFL
If he stops playing in the AFL he reverts back to his club he was drafted from, West Adelaide, if he chooses not to play SANFL he must be cleared from his original club

But dont blokes play SANFL one week then amateurs the nxt. Hopefully common sense prevails and Iggies get their man. Westies wouldnt have any grounds to stop the registration except they want him, couldn't see it getting knocked back.

Get the feeling that the "Feelers" are out not on behalf of Iggies but perhaps for CBCOC ;) . Would want to hurry up anyway as he must play 4 games to qualify for Finals if you want to rush him into your side Flipper. Would not be worried about Old Iggies - CBCOC is the team that Flipper is searching for answers

why does everyone think the portland/kilburn game will be tough for portland to win? theyve just won 6 games in a row, are equal third, and kilburn have only won one game this year

Obviously have not seen Kilburn or Portland play. Portland are about the only club who could beat PAOC and Kilburn just won their only game of the year against the 9th team. Not even close. Think you might be from Portland mate and trying to get the heat off the Portlamf boys

Top End, I'm not a Portland boy, although i do hope they make finals and do well.
I am making the exact same point you are making....Portland should beat Kilburn easy, i was questioning why people making their tips on the game had stated that it would be a close game, or that portland will battle.........

Apologies lutz - thought you were getting the heat off Portland. They are a top 2 or 3 side and probably the only ones capable of beating Prince Alfred. After speaking with a few Prince Alfred guys in town last Saturday night they are more worried about Portland than anyone as can be seen by Teaoby and his comments and with good cause. They will easily beat Kilburn, CBC, Iggies, SMOSH and Seaton in finals footy.

Good to see Ian Ralston back in the line up at SMOSH this week and also Dallas Pitt from down south. A top side on paper this week and will be hard to beat at the College. Hard to see them beaten with all the recent inclusions after the Uni exams, suspensions, holidays etc, etc. Primed and ready to go and Seaton unlucky to cop it this week.

Thats a huge call TE, the Thunder are really undermanned and probably will be next week due to injury and holiday hence why people ar tipping it to be a close one, i have noticed a lot of people have quickly changed there tune after writting Portland off about 6 rounds in to the season but have quickly jumped on the ban wagon, the beauty about this div is just about anybody can beat anybody so teams must stay on there game, IMO PAOC are comfortably the best side ATM followed by Iggies, then a host of sides including CBCOC, Portland and Seaton then at this stage Smosh just behind them but smosh getting back to a full side with some handy inclusion could be a dark horse to do some damage in these last pasts of the year and possibly finals.

good to see big johny coppins lining up for the thunder again this week after a pretty ugly ankle injury earlier in the year

Only know Dallas from the southern league sorry. Great player when going well. Great to have Ian Ralston back at Full Back.

Playing extremely well. That is why is why everyone has jumped aboard (me included). Seriously good team and no long term injuries to any quality players by the sounds of it. Just a week of holidays and the odd injury. Certainly the team to challenge PAOC at this rate.

moody - sill 2 weeks away
thornton -3 weeks at best
wareing- 2 weeks away
lipson-2 away
gein-2 away
bird - indefinate
odeguard- 3 weeks

to beat PAOC next week we would need all hands on deck and unfortunatly that isnt going to happen, the positive is getting all these back at the right time of the year to be running in to full strength

You making excuses already for losing already TE? Or finding a reason to pump up Seaton's tires should they win on saturday?

Should be a ripper day down at St Micks - hope the weather better then bloody anzac day last year!
