Because I'm very smart.

Haha, nah, census collection districts, demography, location intelligence and buffer queries.

And I should say, "potential local player" to be accurate.

What did he mean last week? Looking at their injury list and players out would be like taking every teams top 10 out. I have no doubt they will field a much more invigorated and competitive team tomorrow and so will we. I am so looking forward to catching up with a team I have had so much respect for in recent years.

Bring it on Owls. ;)

Cheers norm, I figured. Being indigenous round in the AFL this week it's fitting that I see Michael Gollan back in for the Owls. He represents his people proudly and I hope he plays well. The Andy Mac of Div 6 for mine. ;)

Massive credit and respect to BOS, the club as a whole is moving in the right direction.

In the B grade I played them two seasons ago and they were embarrassing, today I played a team who came to play and the result doesn't do them justice, they were superb and led at half time.

In the A grade a similar situation - a side who turned up ready to play, done their research and put in a quality performance and were extremely well coached. Jumped out the blocks with a 7 to 0 goal first quarter, which proved the major difference.

A big wake up call for our lads and a loss that hopefully will prove more valuable than people realise.....

It was very greasy Yank, heavy footy.

Yep, good clean game, hard but fair, and a good bunch of fellas.

Handy couple of players out there. #3 was good I thought and deserved to be in the best.

Good game at Eric Sutton yesterday in poor conditions.. Great to see plenty of the Fitzroy boys hang around for a few beers after the game.. As a spectator I thought Raynor was wasted on the wing all day, Great blokes they are and good to see Nelson still cruising around with plenty of pace too burn..

Think you're harsh on Carey. He did well picking up a few 'cheapies' in junk time when he moved up the ground off Shannon Uern.

On another matter and it had no bearing on the result, I thought the umpiring was comical. Never seen an ump before pay a free kick against a side for getting abuse from the crowd. Seen it done against club's coaches boxes before but from a random spectator in the crowd? If the AFL did that we'd have 1,000,000 free kicks paid each match

Totally agree.
Nothing stopping someone abusing the umps in disguise.
I've seen it before.
Just umpire the game and shut everything else out.
