Also: I reckon Portland are a good enough side not to get relegated as they continue to push the top sides and have lost a few games by the smallest of margins but after seeing the scotch result from the weekend, i reckon its gonna be tough to catch up 2 games and perhaps percentage come seasons end..[/quote]

i think youll find that Smosh actually gave Scotch a touch up on the weekend, not the other way around like some prints have displayed. Portland definately in the mix, only 2 games out of the 5. If they can turn there narrow loses in the first round into wins then they are definately capable of making the final 5. Definatley not in the worst 2 sides i have seen this year!!

supporters for both sides were fine i thought, both loud and almost intimidating but thats exactly what you wont (obviously with out crossing the line which correct me if im wrong but didnt think happened). our supporters did get stuick in to No 21 pretty heavily who i understand is a pretty wwell looked after player for PH ;) and i think the supporters did a great job of getting in his head after the 1st quarter were he was very influencial, when he started to argue back with them you could almost say he lost the plot and didnt have an impact on the game after that.

One lil bitch about the club is i think maybe there should be a fence or something between the clubrooms and oval, there was one stage i was tackled over the line near the clubrooms and the banter i copped felt like they were actually on top of me and although it didnt, one day things could spill out of control in that area.
by the way yet again a big thank you to para hills for putting on some beers after the game, i know a few clubs do it and i think its fantastic, dont think our club is one of those but i think its something you should get oon to felch

I'll speak to the council, I'm sure they will be accommodating!!!!!

I have it on good authority they used all of the fencing material on the Salisbury tennis courts so no banana mate

Salisbury to beat Woody Sth, just to make the relegation battle interesting
Smosh to get over the line against my beloved Para Hills (Stuggling with Rebbdog not firing, and Hanson out for the season)
SPOC easy over Old Iggies
Mitcham just over Scotch only cos its at Hawk Park
Portland to upset Walkies especially if there is any rain around, The Portland boys deserve this one.

Im glad he practises kicking them from over the fence - thats the only place he would get a kick against us !!! ;)

Seriously, how many goals has he actually kicked in games against Portland over the years - wouldn't be many i say. I remember he got moved in one game to a back pocket because he couldnt get near it.

He is Geiny's bitch...

Thornton will coach both sides.

Still standing by the no train, no play policy. Hence the reason we started the B grade game with only 1 on the bench last week.
