will be a good one - especially with gg being grumpy as heck about losing last week.
perhaps the rain and wind will stay away this week.
another day of running in the wet will ruin my constitution.

To be 100% honest Finn we obviously did not want to lose but considering we had 2 forfiets in rounds 16 and 17 then played one game then had the first week of the finals off we actually will be better off for playing this week if we are to beat UNI. we dont need the rest, we are well rested up and its pretty tough to go through undefeated. Like i said we would have preferred to win but are not taking the loss as hard as i would have thought. it has actually made us more hungry to win again.

I know it is currently only a draft but i see the amateur league site has the PAC v GGFC C grade game down as being played at 10:15am at Cambeltown, so that PAC are playing a triple header there??

Surely we should have some say as to this occuring?? we play all games at 2:15 all year and then the GF is played at 10:15 so that PAC has the opportunity for their players to stay around and watch their A and B grades! We have players who work sat mornings, have family commitments etc. It would be riduculous if we are made to play at this time.

Im not suggesting it is just your games Jimmy, i would assume that the 10:15am game would not be an ideal time for your C grade to start either. I guess the bonus for them is the games following. I do also understand we are the lowest grade playing on the day so where we play is really unimportant to the amateur league. I did notice the C2 game played early also, so why cant these 2 games be played at the same oval?? This is one more oval only that they have to find for us to play on, surely this wont be an issue? how many games were played last week or the week before?
