PAOC 'B' grade will be hard to beat..............but if any side is going to beat them I think it will be Mitcham.

Mitcham will be a very good chance to beat our magoos this week, a lot of our better players are either out with injury, up in the A's (depending on who comes back for the A's) or in hibernation for exams. And by the looks of it, Mitcham have been in very good form of late. As for the A-grade, hopefully a couple of guys coming back from injury, but won't be certain until Friday or Saturday by the sounds of it so that should be a close one too.

This week could really test our depth through the B's and C's so they'll be 50/50 contest at least, maybe even Mitcham as favourites. Our A's should be a good chance still, but getting a couple of guys back would definately help

Where are you from Gigs? PAOC or Mitcham?

Ahh...a serious footy question Bulldog, good work

Portland can beat Pooraka, and playing at Port Reserve definately helps their cause. Not a lot of room for forwards to move around in there, and Pooraka's forwards have been tearing it up. We have been kicking good scores most weeks, but our defence was wobbly early. Hart and Neate kicked bags against us, as did Forrest for Haven, and Stanford and Quinn (Mitcham) had a big day against us too. These proved to be the difference between us winning and losing (inparticular the Fitzroy and Mitcham games). Since then, our defence has been better, after a bit of re-shuffling and re-thinking. It will have to be at its very best this week though against Howe, Moore and co. Obviously Poorakas midfield have been winning their fair share of the ball to, so it should be a good battle with our guys.

Win or lose, it will definately answer a few questions about us.

The 2008 Global Skins Mouse Cup is this Saturday Night with 5 main races including a steeplechase followed by the Feature Event. This is your chance to become the proud owner of a racing mouse and see if it can take out the cup or win a fortune in mouse dollars.

Ouzo do a few of the older boys/past players get down to this night, I haven't been back to the club for a while and it sounds like a good opportunity to catch up with some old mates. Does it cost anything to get in? Do I need to get a ticket?

Should be quite a few of the old boys there, as they love gambling. It's free with drink specials so come down and we are raising money for the Save Shoggsy Foundation

Does anyone know if Rory 'Hotlips' Duerden is back this week?

The sun'll come out
Tomorrow
Bet your bottom dollar
That tomorrow
There'll be sun!

Just thinkin' about
Tomorrow
Clears away the cobwebs,
And the sorrow
'Til there's none!

When I'm stuck a day
That's gray,
And lonely,
I just stick out my chin
And Grin,
And Say,
Oh!

The sun'll come out
Tomorrow
So ya gotta hang on
'Til tomorrow
Come what may
Tomorrow! Tomorrow!
I love ya Tomorrow!
You're always
A day
A way!
