as bubba has just said our B&f is any bodies laslett, granlese, cocchiaro, moody, dickenson, perkins even bird would have polled massivly before he left and hamilton would be coming home strong afte the last few weks.

wanders IMO is probably the favourite for the assoc but have heard umpires are not a big fan of him, maybe a devries or even pooch with some decent size bags

Mick Tomeo would have got that many votes in the one game he played that he would be miles in front of everyone at SMOSH.

Still pretty fit for a 45 year old!

We have been competetive, but havn't been able to play anywhere near a full game this season.
Our run home
Kilburn (a) Scotch (h) Old Ignatians (a) SMOSH (h)
Scotch run home

Scotty Bamford would have won it, but he hasn't played since rd 5 or 6.
So its between Nathan Flynn, Shane Hanson and Valor Thach.
With Flynny 1 b.o.g ahead at this stage i reckon.

Association medal winner wont come from us, but i think Thachy will poll well as per usual

Win our nest 2 and we will be safe.
But if scotch can beat Seaton this week, then it will be a very interesting game next week.

From the games ive managed to see I would have to say Laslett, Perkins, Granlease and Wilson would be the standouts for our medal. Havent taken much notice of the other sides realy but from the form the above have been in lately plus they contribute week in and out they would all have to be up ther for the Div 3 medal. I havent seen anyone like Perkins or Laslett for that matter play the way they do and with conviction. Bias yes but truly havent seen enough of anyone from other sides to comment. Only associate other teams players through here and the budget.

I agree. If the injury didnt happen it would have been very close. He is a good player and can turn it on its head when its needed. Just think he's been too far out to make an impact. Cant believe im saying this. It realy hurts believe me.

i think bubba love may have been taking the proverbial urine out of wareing there marbles but im sure he appreciates those comments lol,

ROUND 15
Prince Alfred OC v Portland @ Park 9 - draw by the sounds of it both sides heavily depleated for this weeks game
Seaton Ramblers v Scotch OC @ Pedlar Reserve - to good you would think
Old Ignatians v SMOSH West Lakes @ Hunter Park- should be a good game but iggies to bounce back
Kilburn v Para Hills @ Blair Athol Reserve - para hills to good for kilburn
Mitcham v CBCOC @ Hawthorn Oval

Draw?

PAOC - Should put some Portland banter on hold I think for a week.
Ramblers - Shoudl win, despite Losing Wanders indefinately.
SMOSH - Momentum building down at West Lakes!
Kilburn - Put PH in big trouble for relegation.
Mitcham - Think this one could go either way, with Mitcham to keep in contention for Finals and bottleneck the crap out of the ladder!

Whilst Portland are without doubt a good side, I still don't think they're up to challenging PAOC, especially with a few key players missing. PAOC have some serious class in their two's, as evidenced by the ladder, and should be able to cover any temporary losses reasonbly well. Should be a good game though. Good test for Portland.

If Portland lose, and Mitcham and Seaton win, you will have 3 teams on 9 wins, and 3 teams on 8 wins. Cracking last four weeks of the minor round!
