How did you see yesterday's games between Flinders and your boys? 2 wins for Houghton the first time they met and 2 losses this time round. I think it was about a 20 goal turnaround in the A's

What were your thoughts?

One team playing for a spot in the finals versus another team preserving themselves for finals. They just wanted it more.

Were you 'preserving' yourselves the week before against Angle Vale also?

I don't think the issue was hunger for the contest in that game.

With the finals venues, I assume the league will swap the Reserves games around so Angle Vale and Flinders Park have both of their sides at the same ground? Will mean Ingle Farm have to play a "home" final away in the reserves and means the crabs will have some travelling to do but you should look after the home clubs seeing their are paying for it.

They try to keep A & B grades together where ever possible. A grade has first preference for 'Home' finals

Draft finals fixture on Sporting Pulse:

D7 QF: Angle Vale v Houghton Districts - Angle Vale
D7R EF: Angle Vale v Flinders Uni - Angle Vale (Yowsers!)

D7 EF: Flinders Park v Flinders Uni???
D7R QF: Ingle Farm v Flinders Park

Crabs split.

Might just be waiting on payment to confirm. A grade is playing at Kilburn so it's not an availability issue.

I cant remember whether they're on the "no home finals" list.

"We're" wanting to know how many goals did the Ingle Farm reserves leading goal kicker kick last week?

Stone won the goal kicking by 1.

Augustyn kicked 9, Brady kicked 4 I think and they tied on 48.

One or the other could've won it, but both chose to come off the ground happy to be level..

Congrats to the coaches and the players down at Flinders Uni. Marked improvement on 2012 when they went 1-35 in across the A's and B's to 20- 34 across the A's, B's and C's. Hopefully they can jag an upset or two in the finals series.
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

Did they have a new coach this year?
And yes great effort for sure, they had been irrelevant in the last couple of seasons.
