Can anyone show me where they appear given it is 5 days after the round.
Maybe there were none.

Go to http://www.adelaidefootball.com.au/trib ... tigations/ then click on Tribunal List 2017. The tribunal hearings for reports from last Saturday's games aren't listed yet. There is usually a few days delay.

2 games for attempting to strike?

Would that be like throwing a haymaker but missing?

What do the numbers in brackets mean in the matches column eg 2 (1) or 0 (1) etc? is that a sentence and then a suspended sentence?

South Australia National Football League (SANFL) Salisbury North Agius , Keiran Pending 2017-04-20

So does every club get Keiran Agius for a week?

Bit cheeky to play one game and then go to another club in the same division.

TTG 14.17 Uni 7.12 Tight contest for two and half quarters but Gullies ran all over Uni kicking the last 9 goals.

Wouldn't have known it was round 2 at Campbelltown. Very high quality match. ROCS have a beautiful spread.

Yes a high standard game to me.
Both teams have a good spread of quality players.

Hard to say no to $1000 a game.
Good luck to the lad, I hear he kicked 4 today.

Care to explain how he can get $1,000 a game?

Someone out that way hands him an envelope with 10 green notes in it after the game.

TTG 14.11 ROCS 11.8 Gullies blew Rocs away in first qtr kicking first 6 goals. TTG rucks had a field day winning most hit outs and giving their team mates first use.

Yep that first quarter was sublime.

Spittle, McKays, Hallandal the tackling machine, Melville and Shoey had field days.

Umpiring was the best I have seen in a couple of years. Didn't notice them. Even the decisions the Gully locals under the pergola only had maybe 2-3 reasons to feel aggrieved all day. Don't know the blokes names who did the games so can't mention them but adjudicated a good tough game of footy and let it flow.

Gullies have been underestimated but they are very much the real deal. Good unit who have covered the loss of Hand, Sandery and Cockshell well. Great use of rotations and they are running out games better than the opposition.

Full credit to Justin Maschotta and his team. They will play finals and at this stage there is no ceiling on just how far they can go.

Thought the umpiring was OK perhaps could have awarded a few more frees,
but is there some rule the umpires must throw the ball up in the middle of the sticky centre wicket area?
There was a circle painted on the turf 10 metres the hill side of the cricket wicket which they failed to use.
IMHO should be used if within the rules instead of the glue pot.

I thought there was two circles. The one that was off centre was used by B grade and one in the middle of square was A grade. Hardly a glue pot.

I walked out and had a look and it did feel sticky to me,may be the norm.
You may have also had a look,I may be wrong of course.
Just thought the non wicket circle was superior.

Was definitely sticky....I would have dobbed 'em in if I won the toss. Unless it's really muddy they always have the circle in the middle of the centre square for A grade games.

http://www.adelaidefootball.com.au/umpires-appreciation-round-2/ wrote:Adelaide Footy League CEO John Kernahan will play a different role this weekend by putting on an umpire’s uniform and becoming a boundary umpire for the Division 1 Reserves game at Goodwood Oval between Goodwood Saints and Payneham Norwood Union. He will be supported by legendary boundary umpire Darren Wilson, who retired from the AFL last year after umpiring in a record 404 AFL games including 12 AFL Grand Finals from 1998 to 2009. Field umpires for the game will be Adelaide Footy League Umpiring Manager Colin Rowston and Sunday Mail columnist Ben Hook.

What do the Goodwood and PNU lads think of their D1R game being umpired by celebrity umpires?
Sure, it's only the B-grade, and a boundary umpire doesn't really matter, but what's the go with a Sunday Mail columnist getting the main gig in the middle?
As a former player he'll know the rules and have a feel for the game, but still seems a strange move.

Mental note to both sides, resist the urge to abuse Kernahan/Rowston!
