Looks like a 4 to 6 weeker, does that put them close to losing premiership points?? Be certain relegation next season if so!

Turns out Harris got a 4 game suspension, should have stuck with initial guess (got side tracked by "Oldman" and his theories the push from Uni player should mean he gets off!

It looked like a clear 4 weeker live and on the video, so think the Tribunal got this one spot on yet again.

This is unbelievable 4 games,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,check out where the ball is in the still image above check out the push from number 13 - Def free kick maybe a game for unintentional head hit --absolute disgrace The still picture provided coupled with live footage shows it all

Pretty bias comments!!!

As many neutral people have commented, he was going to bump him to the head despite the slight push, so that's automatic 4 games. There can be no argument there and Tribunal spot on.

Speaking to lots of people at Henley they believe they are being victimised, the 6 games for B Grade player against Port Districts gets mentioned constantly. As much as it hurts to say it, time for the club to pull their heads in IMO.

Correct Eagles 2014 we are all biased towards our teams and correct again when you say we need to pull our heads in as footy penalties have changed particularly head contact
You are however totally incorrect around this incident and probably not your fault for having no idea about footy.

One player with his head over the ball, that player must be protected. Not sure if its worth 4 considering the guy throwing punches the other week got 2?

If the bump in question got the player a 4 week holiday, can someone explain how Scotch player in Div 2 had no case to answer for his bump on Seaton player on the weekend

Agree in that sense. Would be interested to hear the distinction between the two arrived at by the tribunal. The Henley one appeared to be worse, but not of a different species.

Scotch played Broadview on weekend, must have been week before.

Need someone to post video of incident to compare.

If umpire missed it or did not report it, any Club can send the footage into the League for it to be looked at, if Seaton thought it was that bad and did nothing then that's on them at the end of the day.

The article posted on the Div 2 forum said Seaton did refer matter to the League, was dismissed. Interesting outcome. Would need to see to form an opinion. Anyone know quarter and time it happened?

looking at the henley footage, what else was he supposed to do in that situation? he couldnt tackle the guy cos the uni guy didnt have possession of the ball

the ball was there to win, and theres 2 guys going for the ball, one is 110kg and 6 foot 6, then when the 2 opponents come in together, the victim ducks down puts his head in way meanwhile another uni player thumps the henley player into the already high running contest, making the contact worse and more potent

seriously what else could harris do there? a cart wheel over the 2 ? a leap frog over them and say "you go guys take the footy". the henley kid was trying to win the footy

seriously 4 weeks omg. zzzzz

Agree, only just saw incident and am absolutely staggered. The League have made a huge error of judgement here, needs to be appealed and common sense applied!

TTG 13.9 d Henley 13.7 Both teams were evenly matched and it was pretty close all dat. Both teams had countless opportunities to win the game, but it was the Gullies who were lucky enough to be in front come the final siren.

I'm led to believe Scotch had quite a handy lawyer who is also an ex-player acting for them.

That player was lucky to get 6 weeks in my view having seen the footage. Elbow to the face 100m off the play is poor to say the least.
